Responsibilities
1. Establish process standards fnew materials new products.
2. Develop various R&D technical operational documents fthe production floor.
3. Optimize on-site processes, procedures, fixtures, tooling, etc.
4. Assist in troubleshooting resolving anomalies during the R&D phase of new materials products.
5. Troubleshoot resolve general equipment abnormalities on the production floor.
Qualifications
1. Certification/Legal: U.S. Green Card Holder U.S. Citizen.
2. Language: Mandarin Chinese (Professional working proficiency).
3. Bachelor‘s degree above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, a related field.
4. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, similar role in a manufacturing environment.
5. Familiarity with enameled magnet wire production related copper/aluminum wire processes is a strong plus.
6. Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans fautomotive clients.
