职位描述：
Job description:
1.与设计团队和采购团队一起推动替代设计配置(细分)；
Drive alternative design configurations (Segmentation) together with design team sourcing team;
2.领导分配的采购项目；
Take lead fassigned sourcing projects;
3.建立采购项目团队；
Establish sourcing project team;
4.定义项目活动和时间表；
Define project activities schedule;
5.跟进项目活动和进度；
Follow up project activities schedule;
6.领导实施的验证和测试；
Lead validation testing fimplementations;
7.报告采购项目状态；
Report sourcing project status;
8.参与新供应商资格认证流程。
Participate in the new supplier qualification process.
职位要求：
Job requirement:
1.工程/设计相关专业，大学本科学历优先；
Bachellevel preferred in Engineering/Design related;
2.5年以上工作经验；
5+years working experience;
3.3年以上设计/SQE/PC/QC经验者优先；
3+ years in Design/SQE/PC/QC preferred;
4.熟悉DM，STG，CRA的优先;
Familiar with DM, STG, CRA is a plus;
5.良好的沟通和协作能力，较强的分析和解决问题的能力；
Good communication collaboration skills, strong analytical problem-solving abilities;
6.能够并愿意经常出差;
Able willing to frequently travel;
7.愿意接受挑战并在压力下工作；
Willing to take challenges work under pressure;
8.精通英语和汉语.
Proficient in English Chinese.
