2. 风险管控与检查
系统开展工艺安全分析（如HAZOP分析），识别并评估风险。组织日常、专项和节假日安全检查，监督隐患整改闭环。对动火、进入受限空间、高处作业等特殊作业进行审批和现场监护。
3. 环保管理
确保废水、废气、噪声和固体废物（尤其是危险废物）的处置符合国家及地方法规。负责排污许可证的申领与维护，按期完成环保申报。推动清洁生产和节能减排项目，组织环境应急演练。
4. 职业健康与工伤管理
组织工作场所职业病危害因素（如毒物、噪声、粉尘）的定期检测与评价。安排员工职业健康检查，建立个人监护档案。负责工伤事故的报告、调查、处理和统计分析。
5. 应急与合规应对
组织制定综合/专项应急预案，并定期开展演练和评估。组织或参与各类安全、环保事故的调查，落实整改措施。作为主要联络人，应对政府应急管理、生态环境、卫生健康等部门的监督检查。
任职要求：
1、需具备3年以上有机化工行业经验
2、本科以上学历；化工、安全、环保专业
