岗位职责：
1、负责产品硬件PCB的开发设计；配合硬件工程师设计电性原理图；主导负责整个项目的 PCB 设计、评审、打样、smt 外派加工、样板调试等。
2、负责PCB Layout设计工作；
3、根据PCB文件生成GERBER文件，BOM表，Channel List；
4、负责跟 PCB 厂家进行工艺问题的 EQ 沟通和确认；
5、编写公司 PCB 设计规范文档并形成 checklist;CIS 库管理；
6、负责平台库的建立和完善；
7、新项目的器件选型，BOM 制作，搭建测试环境。焊接并调试样板功能，协助硬件/软件工程师进行系统联调。

招聘要求：
1、大专及以上学历，电子/通信/计算机等机关专业，有一定的英语读写能力，三年以上相关工作经验；
2、独立画过高速板、射频板，*高层数能在10层以上；
3、了解模拟电路和数字电路；熟悉FPGA\DDR\PCle；
4、熟练使用常用开发绘图工具cadence17.4/17.2版本；有常规电子元器件焊接能力优先；
5、了解多层高度PCB设计，熟悉通用的布线规范，有高度电路和高速接口（HDMI、DP、MIPI、VBO等）调试经验者，优先考虑；
6、能熟练使用示波器等仪器设备进行电路的调试和问题分析；
7、有通信服务器电源、车载电源类产品硬件设计经验者优先；
8、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
