岗位要求：
1、学历要求：大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工等相关专业优先；
2、工作经验：1年以上制造或工程类企业现场安全相关经验（优秀应届生可考虑）；
3、了解安全生产法、环保法规、消防知识；具备较强的现场发现隐患和沟通推动整改能力；熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件；
岗位内容：
1、负责现场日常安全检查，识别隐患并督促整改；
2、协助组织员工安全教育培训（如三级教育、特种作业、消防演练等）；
3、管理劳保用品（PPE）的发放、使用监督及台账维护；
4、参与环境、职业健康相关监测（如危废管理、噪声粉尘检测等）；
5、协助事故事件调查、报告撰写及整改措施跟踪；
6、维护ESH管理体系文件、记录及各项台账；
7、完成其他与安全、环保、职业健康相关的日常事务。
