岗位职责：
1、负责Python相关软件产品的设计、开发与维护工作；
2、使用Python + QT框架进行桌面应用程序开发；
3、根据生产测试方案，开发自动化测试桌面程序、脚本或者工具，提升测试效率；
4、编写生产测试脚本，实现产品功能、性能及稳定性的自动化验证；
5、独立完成模块设计、编码实现及单元测试；
6、参与技术方案讨论，解决开发中的技术难题；

任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历
2、3年以上Python开发经验（优秀应届生可放宽）
3、熟练使用Python 3.x，熟悉多线程、多进程、网络编程等特性
4、熟悉QT框架（PyQt/PySide），有桌面应用开发经验
5、熟悉自动化测试框架（如PyTest、Robot Framework等）
6、具备生产测试程序开发经验，能编写高可靠性测试脚本
7、掌握常用数据结构与算法，具备独立编程能力
8、了解至少一种数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB等）
综合素质：
1、具备优秀的抗压能力，能适应阶段性高强度工作
2、良好的沟通协作能力，能与工艺团队高效配合
