EHS工程师

岗位职责

1. 负责项目EHS管理体系、管理制度及应急预案的搭建、落地与优化，分解年度安全目标，统筹项目安全生产合规管理。
2. 开展项目常态化安全巡查，对公区、设备机房、商户经营、现场装修施工进行风险排查，建立隐患台账，全程跟踪闭环整改。
3. 负责项目环境合规管理，涵盖污水、噪音、废气、垃圾分类、固废及危废规范处置，落实环保台账管理，对接政府环保检查及整改工作。
4. 统筹职业健康管理工作，开展作业风险辨识、职业病危害管控，落实劳保用品管理、员工健康体检及职业健康台账建档工作。
5. 组织开展全员及商户安全培训、常态化应急演练，负责突发安全事件、异常情况的现场处置、上报与复盘改进。
6. 编制EHS月报、专项治理方案、整改报告，落实节假日、大型营销活动的安全值守与风险保障工作。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程等相关专业。
2. 2年及以上EHS、安全生产相关工作经验，有商业综合体/购物中心经验优先。
3. 熟练掌握安全生产、消防、环保相关法律法规，熟悉隐患排查、现场作业管控、EHS体系运行流程。
4. 持有注册安全工程师证书者优先录用。
5. 具备独立编写专项方案、对接政府迎检、处置应急事件的能力，沟通协调及执行力强。
6. 能够适应节假日值班、突发应急值守工作。
