岗位职责：
使用 Python 进行应用系统的开发与维护；
基于 Odoo 平台进行定制化开发与模块集成，优化现有业务流程；
分析业务需求，设计高效、可扩展的解决方案；
与团队协作，参与需求讨论、系统设计及代码评审；
跟踪新技术发展，积极探索并尝试 AI 相关应用在项目中的落地；
协助前后端联调，支持部分前端开发工作，保证系统的整体性能与用户体验。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业；
至少 3 年 Python 开发经验，具有扎实的编程基础；
熟悉 Odoo 平台及其模块开发、二次开发，有相关项目经验者优先；
具备前端开发知识，熟悉 HTML、CSS、JavaScript 等前端技术；
熟悉数据库管理（如 PostgreSQL）及常用开发工具；
具备良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，拥有团队合作精神；
有 AI 或机器学习相关工作经验者优先，对 AI 技术有浓厚兴趣。
加分项：
有 Odoo 社区模块或开源项目的开发经验；
有实际 AI 项目经验或相关认证；
熟悉其他主流开发框架和工具。
工作时间：10：00—19：00 周末双休
薪资：工资面议
