岗位职责
1、负责Java后端服务的设计、开发与优化，参与AI相关功能模块（如智能内容生成、智能数据查询、知识库系统等）的研发与迭代；
2、开发AI智能体（如对话机器人、自动化流程引擎）的业务逻辑层，并进行工程化落地，提升系统智能化水平；
3、参与技术方案设计，保障代码质量，主导技术难题攻关。

任职要求
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，26届毕业的校招生；
2、扎实的Java基础，熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流框架，了解分布式系统开发（如微服务、消息队列）；
3、熟悉MySQL/Redis等数据库技术，了解云原生（Docker/K8s）及DevOps工具链
4、具备AI应用层开发经验，例如：
① 使用过Coze/Dify等AI平台实际开发工作量，调用过AI模型；
② 参与过智能内容生成、智能机器人、智能数据库分析等AI功能开发；
③ 熟悉LangChain、AI Agent开发框架者优先；
④ 逻辑清晰，学习能力强，对AI技术落地有浓厚兴趣
