岗位职责：
1、进行银行或金融机构客户现场沟通，并归纳、收集客户需求、完成调研和汇总；
2、独立进行用户需求进行整理和分析，建立业务需求分析文档；独立完成需求测试计划和业务场景测试用例的设计;
3、改进需求分析方法，制定和完善需求分析的模板和流程；制定需求计划、明确需求范围；为项目组成员提供业务咨询支持；
4、结合金融机构实际业务配合实施团队整理数据模型，梳理行内金融机构提供的ODS数据源文件对应关系；
5、配合售前工作，根据所负责的业务条线进行客户售前需求讲解及答疑。
6、外汇风险交易，事前中后的IT
7、主要涉及银行资金交易系统
任职资格：
1、计算机软件、信息技术、金融、经济类等相关专业，本科以上学历，2-5年以上银行或金融机构从业经验，熟练使用Word、Excel、VISIO、PROJECT等办公软件；
2、熟悉外资、中资银行业务即可，涉及监管法律法规及监管报表报送更好，如银监1104、人行大集中、AML、外管BOP、ACC、JSH、EXD、FAL、CFA。
优先条线：
1. 一表通、EAST、财报1104 、大集中有报送经验或对SAEF PBOC等监管报表相关工作经验者项目经验
2. 对银行业务熟悉度好，业务流数据流均清晰料及一定数据治理，数据分析
