岗位职责：
1. 负责电机控制器（MCU）的控制板和功率板的高压功率产品的PCB布局与布线设计；或负责整车控制器（VCU）、发动机控制器（ECU/EMS）、变速箱控制器（TCU）及车载逆变器等产品的PCB布局与布线；
2. 独立完成多层板（6~12层）Layout设计，确保高压安规、EMC/EMI、散热及信号完整性要求；
3. 针对IGBT/SiC MOSFET功率模块进行关键回路（如半桥驱动、母线电容、电流采样）的优化布局
4. 针对VCU/ECU/TCU特点，优化MCU/MPU、电源、传感器接口、执行器驱动、通信（CAN/LIN/Ethernet）等关键模块布局。
任职要求：
1.熟悉AD/Cadence/MentPADS等主流EDA工具
2.熟悉高压安规设计（IEC 60664、UL 2580、GB/T 18488），具备逆变器/电机控制器母排、功率回路、驱动电路Layout实战经验
3. 了解车载EMC设计规范（CISPR 25、GB/T 18655），能独立完成屏蔽、滤波、接地设计
4.熟悉HDI、厚铜板、金属基板、埋盲孔等高端PCB工艺及制造成本评估
5.具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能与硬件、结构、热管理、测试团队高效协作
