任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业统招专科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，3年以上团队管理经验，3年以上项目全流程管理经验；
2、精通JAVA编程语言，熟悉JVM原理、内存管理、设计模式、多线程编程等底层技术原理；
3、熟练使用Spring, Myabtis, Dubbo等主流开源框架，并阅读过相关源码；
4、熟练掌握分布式系统的设计和应用，掌握服务治理RPC框架、缓存、消息、分布式事务、ES搜索等使用；
5、精通SQL语言，熟悉mysql、oracle，熟悉常用的数据库优化策略；
6、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情；
7、具备良好的团队统筹管理协作和沟通能力，能够积极主动推进落地项目目标。
