岗位职责
1、负责Python相关项目的核心模块开发、代码编写与优化，确保代码质量和性能。根据需求文档设计合理的技术方案，完成功能模块的编码、测试及调试工作。
2.、参与项目需求分析和技术方案讨论，结合Python技术栈特性提供合理的技术实现建议。
3、设计数据库结构、接口文档及相关技术文档，保障开发流程规范化。
4、负责现有Python应用系统的日常维护、bug修复及性能优化，提升系统稳定性和运行效率
任职要求
1、熟练掌握Python语法、数据类型、函数、类与面向对象编程
2、熟悉大模型、智能体的基础知识，熟练应用langchain框架
3、至少精通一种主流Python Web框架：FastAPI（熟悉异步编程、Pydantic）
4、熟练掌握关系型数据库（PostgreSQL、国产数据库等），能编写复杂SQL语句优化查询性能
5、熟悉数据库ORM框架（如SQLAlchemy）了解非关系型数据库（Redis、MongoDB等）的使用场景及基本操作。
6、熟悉Docker容器化技术，能编写Dockerfile和使用Docker Compose。
