岗位职责
1、数据平台的架构设计与研发，保障数据平台服务的稳定性与高可用性
2、离线/实时数据计算、数据治理、自助分析报表和OLAP查询引擎等大数据组件的功能设计、开发和持续优化
3、探索大模型的数据智能体（Data Agent）体系，构建具备自然语言理解与数据操作能力的Agent，提升数据分析、处理与Pipeline构建的智能化水平
4、构建训练数据全生命周期管理体系，覆盖数据元数据、血缘、质量评估、自动化评估，保障大模型训练的数据可控与高质量

任职要求：
1、5年以上大数据平台相关经验，本科以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数学等相关专业
2、熟练Spring boot,Mybatis等主流框架,有较好的Web（vue)开发技术；有企业级大数据系统软件集成开发经验者优先
3、熟悉Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Kafka、Paimon、ClikHouse、Doris等组件特性及使用场景，并能解决使用过程中遇到的问题
4、有实际参与过大模型数据体系建设、多模态数据处理系统，对LLM Agent AutoML、数据智能化流程有兴趣，探索并推动落地的能力优先
5、熟悉大模型应用及相关技术，如RAG、MCP、Agent等
6、有高度的工作责任心，学习能力强，善于沟通，勤于思考，具备较强的团队合作能力，有团队管理经验优先
