二、任职要求：
1. 学历与经验：本科及以上，6年+ Java开发经验，3年+ 中大型分布式系统架构经验。
2. 精通Java生态（JVM、Spring、微服务、分布式架构）。
3. 熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka等中间件，具备深度优化经验。
4. 掌握云原生（Docker/K8s）、高并发、高可用架构设计。
5. 软技能：优秀的系统设计能力、技术领导力及团队协作能力。
