【岗位职责】一、核心开发职责
1.负责软件核心模块开发、代码评审，把控项目质量，保障系统平台高可用、高性能
2.配合产品，承担项目的开发、单元测试、上线维护等任务
3.独立完成项目开发，确保安全、可扩展性、质量和性能
4.推动项目基础架构的设计，业务组件的抽象，工程化建设

【任职要求】硬性条件：

1. JAVA基础扎实，深入理解IO、熟悉网络编程，并发编程、集合等框架及JVM原理（调优经验优先）
2. 熟练使用Spring、MyBatis、Kafka、Redis等框架及中间件，熟悉MySQL/Oracle等数据库，能编写复杂SQL
3. 熟悉springboot ,springcloud微服务框架，具备高并发的场景的开发经验
4. 熟悉使用idea,eclipse,git,maven,gradle等工具
5. 具备良好的沟通能力，参与项目架构的设计与实现。
6. 学习能力强，具备架构设计及逻辑思维能力，能独立分析并解决问题，沟通表达和责任心强，对技术有热情。
7. 具备直播，实时通讯类项目开发经验者优先
优先考虑：
1. 具备金融领域开发经验
2. 有自己的技术产品，开源作品，以及开源社区贡献者优先
