岗位职责：
1.负责PHP项目的开发与实施，基于phpthink框架进行系统设计与编码。
2.参与数据库（MySQL）设计、优化及日常维护，保障数据安全与性能。
3.完成Windows环境下的服务器配置（Windows Server/Linux），搭建及运维工作。
4.协调内外部资源，高效推进项目进度，完成需求分析、部署及后期技术支持。
5.接受短期出差及驻场开发，确保项目顺利交付。
6.适应快节奏工作，抗压能力佳
岗位要求：
1.熟练掌握PHP语言及面向对象开发，能独立进行开发，熟悉thinkPHP开源框架和技术。
2.精通MySQL数据库设计、优化及SQL调优，具备复杂查询处理能力。
3.熟悉Windows系统配置（如IIS、环境变量等）及服务器搭建（Windows Server/Linux）。
4.了解vue，JavaScript，CSS，HTML等相关技术，能有效结合前端技术的特点完成服务器端的设计，编码和测试等工作。
5.逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，能快速理解需求并协调多方资源解决问题。
6.具备全栈开发能力，熟悉Git、Composer等工具及Restful API设计。
7.熟悉支付宝、微信支付等线上支付渠道对接开发经验
