工作职责:
1.负责软件开发工作；
2.辅助项目经理进行系统的功能定义,程序设计；
3.根据设计文档完成代码编写、调试、自测、及其维护工作；
4.分析并解决软件开发过程中的问题；
5.配合项目经理完成相关任务目标，完成项目经理交办的其他工作事项。
任职资格:
1、3年以上Java开发经验，，计算机或相关专业毕业，对自身技术要求高；
2、熟悉Web开发，精通基于Java架构平台的Web编程开发技术；
3、精通Java、SpringMVC、SpingBoot、JQuery、Mybatis、Hibernate等框架技术，熟悉HTML、Javascript、CSS、restful API等相关技术；
4、熟练掌握设计模式，精通Java多线程、缓存优化，熟悉常用的缓存和队列技术（Redis，MQ等）；
5、熟悉Sql Server 、Mysql等关系型数据库产品，并能进行相关开发，性能优化等；
6、具有良好的技术文档、规范化和标准化的代码编写习惯；
7、具有良好工作态度、团队协作精神和沟通技巧，能适应高强度工作；
8、有产品研发经验者、AI大模型应用经历、数据挖掘经验、零售或餐饮经验者优先考虑。
