6. 制定公司 EHS 方针、程序，推动 EHS 手册的建立及持续更新。积极组织开展 EHS 宣传、教育及培训活动，营造浓厚的安全文化氛围。
7. 完善公司安全、职业卫生、特种设备档案，不断优化安全、环境体系建设，确保体系有效运行，通过内部审核与管理评审等手段，持续改进体系效能。
8. 负责与政府 EHS 相关部门的日常对接工作，高效完成接待检查任务，及时响应监管要求，维护良好的政企关系。
9. 全力推进公司三同时工作，主导 ISO 体系建设以及扩产项目建设中的安全管理工作，从项目规划到竣工验收，全程把控安全风险。
10. 完成上级交办的其他临时性、紧急性安全管理工作任务。
