岗位职责：
1、负责景区日常活动、节庆演出、主题活动、现场互动等环节的主持与串场，把控流程节奏与现场氛围。
2、熟悉活动流程，提前熟悉主持稿、节目内容，确保主持流畅、自然、专业。
3、负责现场互动、游戏引导、游客调动，提升游客体验感与参与度。
4、配合导演、运营团队完成活动彩排、现场执行及突发情况的灵活应对。
5、维护现场秩序，做好与演员、工作人员、游客的沟通衔接。
6、参与主持稿撰写、活动创意 brainstorm，提升活动呈现效果。
任职要求：
1.五官端正，形象大方得体，举止优雅，具备良好的镜头感和现场表现力，适配各类活动（商务、庆典、发布会等）调性。
2.普通话标准流利，发音清晰，语速适中，表达流畅有条理，具备较强的语言组织能力、临场应变能力和感染力，能灵活应对现场突发情况，避免冷场、口误。
3.熟悉活动主持流程，具备一定的主持经验（有现场主持经验者优先），能快速熟悉活动内容，精准把握主持节奏，善于调动现场氛围。播音主持、表演等相关专业；
4.无不良嗜好，具备良好的心理素质，面对大型现场不怯场；有相关主持证书、过往主持案例者优先；能适应灵活的工作时间（如周末、节假日活动）
