Main responsibilities：
• Government Interactions: Establish maintain strong relationships with government officials, public agencies, industry associations to advocate fIPSEN’s interests.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders, develop tailored engagement plans, collaborate with internal external stakeholders to align on policy positions ensure consistent messaging.
• Policy Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, interpret policy regulatory dynamics in the healthcare sector, providing strategic insights recommendations to the business management team in a timely manner.
• Policy Positioning: Develop communicate IPSEN’s policy positions on key issues to ensure alignment with business priorities strategic goals.
• Advocacy: Develop execute advocacy strategies to influence policy decisions that support IPSEN’s business objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal business leads cross-functional teams to solve problems identify practical solutions to policy needs changes.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local laws, regulations, IPSEN’s ethical standards.
Knowledge, abilities & experience：
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, a related role within the pharmaceutical healthcare industry.
• Skills:
o A strong understanding of the Chinese healthcare policy regulatory environment.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
o The ability to analyze complex policy issues develop strategic responses.
o A proven track record of successful advocacy government relations.
o Fluency in Mandarin English.
