岗位职责：
1.负责云平台控制系统开发；
2.负责项目开发过程中关键问题攻坚，优化后端系统性能和响应速度，及时发现和解决系统故障；
3.负责与前端开发团队紧密合作，确保前后端的数据交互和功能实现。
职位要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、电子科学与技术、电子与通信工程等相关专业；
2.熟悉基于Spring Boot、Spring Cloud或者Dubbo的微服务架构，具有服务治理及服务拆分的实操经验，具有框架本身开发或重构工作经验；
3.熟悉mysql、oracle、postgreSQL等数据库至少一种使用与性能优化；
4.熟悉IO、多线程、集合操作等基础技能，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息队列等中间件技术，在并发处理、异常处理方面具有丰富的工作经验；
5.熟悉常用的设计模式和开源框架，熟悉分布式，高并发，云计算，大数据，数据分析，dubbo，springcloud，k8s等至少一个相关领域；
6.具有2年以上后端开发经验，具备云平台开发经验者优先。
