岗位条件：

1.熟练运用java开发语言及开源框架，并能熟练编写高质量的java程序；

2.深度理解所负责产品的开发背景和目标，具有较好的面向对象分析及设计能力，掌握常用的设计模式；

3.具备特定领域/中长期研发项目的管理能力，包括研发产品项目设计、组织、实施方案制定及测试能力；

4.精通struts2、 springMVC、 Hibernet、 springboot、 mybatis开发框架和思想；

5.熟悉MYSQL数据库的设计及开发、ORACLE数据库的设计及开发；

6.熟悉linux等常用操作系统脚本的设计及部署；

7.具备很强的工作执行力、学习能力、总结反思能力，具有较好的系统分析能力；

8.良好的编码能力和习惯；

9.具备良好的跨团队沟通协调能力，有良好的团队合作精神；

10.表达能力强，逻辑思维清晰。
