工作概要/Job Summary:
• Be responsible fEHS management of the companys Nobel business unit.
负责公司Nobel事业部的EHS管理工作。
岗位职责/Responsibilities:
• Assistance in the establishment maintenance of the safety management system, Establish implement EHS management systems to ensure the effective operation of EHS management.
协助公司EHS管理体系的建立与维护, 建全EHS管理制度并实施，确保EHS管理有效运行。
• Regularly conduct hazard identification, including safety risks, occupational health, environmental risks; regularly inspect on-site control measures provide feedback suggestions.
定期进行危险源辨识，包括安全风险、职业健康、环境风险识别，对现场的管控措施定期进行检查，提出意见和建议。
• MOC of new chemicals, new equipment，new processes new technology etc.
新化学品、新设备、新工艺、新技术等的变更管理。
• Assist the factory in monitoring on environmental impact factors workplace occupational health hazardous factors，review the monitoring results to ensure compliance. Also assist in conducting occupational health checkups.
协助工厂的三废检测、作业环境检测，并对检测结果进行审核确保合规，协助开展职业健康体检工作。
• Evaluate the selection suitability of PPE supervise the procurement, distribution, use, management of PP.
评估个人劳动保护用品的选型和适配性，并监督劳动用品的采购、发放、使用和管理。
• Supervise inspect contracted operations within the designated area, including the approval qualification review of special operations, accept supervision inspection from government departments Global EHS Audit.
监督检查区域内的承包作业，包括特殊作业的审批和特种设备的监管等，并接受政府部门监督检查以及总部审核。
• Organize training to raise EHS related awareness;ganize emergency drills to strengthen emergency skills;ganize EHS activities to promote cultural development.
组织教育培训，提升安全环保健康意识；预案编制并组织应急演练，强化应急技能；组织安全环保和职业病危害防治等相关的活动，促进EHS文化建设。
• Assist superiors in completing other departmental tasks.
协助上级完成部门其他工作。
岗位要求/Requirements:
• Over 2 years working experience on corporate safety management，familiar with relevant laws regulations on EHS management.
2年以上企业安全管理工作经验,熟悉EHS管理相关法律法规。
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS related field.
EHS相关专业本科以上学历。
• Ability to use English as a working language.
能够使用英语作为工作语言。
• Familiar with office software use.
熟悉办公软件的使用。
