岗位职责：
1、对客户需求充分理解后，产出符合品牌策略且有创意的视觉方案，并能够输出高质量的设计；
2、熟悉视觉设计行业动态和新锐品牌趋势，创作欲望强、具有扎实的美术功底和较强的执行能力，能独立完成项目全案主创设计工作，从创意概念发想、创意执行、后期设计制作等工作；
3、具备互联网项目经验，具备开阔发散的思维能力，对设计制作有清晰的设计思路；
4、参与创意头脑风暴和视觉探索创造性的发展，了解站内站外平台趋势和内容玩法，协助策略组和项目运营组输出相关创意内容；
5、配合CD、ACD进行工作下达，协调公司内部资源，与其他协作部门对客户任务进行沟通，对CD、ACD进行工作汇报；
6、熟悉公司设计业务流程及规范，具体良好的项目管理能力、进度与质量把控能力。

任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，艺术院校设计、美术、广告等专业优先；
2、3-5年以上业内设计经验，有深厚的美术功底，快速且稳定严谨的执行视觉任务，有高品质的创作品质，并准确把控视觉创意方向及品牌调性，国内知名快消或互联网经验优先；
3、热爱创意与美术，思维活跃，具有高效的美术执行能力和较强手绘能力；极熟练掌握平面软件使用，以及其他视觉相关软件如三维软件等更佳；
4、有策略和创新的思维，对于广告有独到见解，懂Social玩法，有客户对接服务经验，有相关提案者优先；
5、爱挑战，具有创新、激情以及创造性的视野，能适应快速变化的环境，具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力，有强烈的工作责任心及团队合作精神。
