1.负责6/8寸高纯碳化硅陶瓷套件、12寸碳化硅渗硅工艺舟/管等产品在半导体氧化扩散炉场景的技术支持，对接设备厂家解答选型、安装及使用中的技术疑问，保障产品适配高温（800℃-1600℃+）、腐蚀（如二氯乙烯、硼酸蒸气、氟基气体）等工况需求。
2.深入调研产品应用领域（逻辑芯片、存储芯片、功率半导体等）的工艺特性，收集设备厂家关于温度均匀性、抗腐蚀性、纯度稳定性等性能反馈，协助研发优化产品设计与工艺。
3.主导产品应用方案制定，提供现场安装指导与设备调试配合，快速解决氧化、掺杂、退火等工艺中出现的产品适配问题，保障客户生产良率。
4.编制技术文档（操作手册、故障排查指南、应用案例），为销售团队提供产品培训，支撑市场推广；同步跟踪碳化硅材料及炉管部件技术趋势，挖掘客户潜在需求并提出产品迭代建议。
5.建立并维护与半导体设备厂家（如北方华创、晶盛机电、TEL、centrotherm等）的技术协作关系，梳理不同厂家设备的工况差异并形成适配方案。
6. 客户端问题排查技术支持和澄清，牵引内部进行技术改善，必要时组织攻关小组进行技术攻关。
任职要求：
1.本科学历，材料学或机械学等专业，年龄26-45岁。具备3年及以上半导体设备部件、碳化硅材料（高纯碳化硅/渗硅碳化硅优先）或半导体制造工艺相关工作经验，熟悉氧化扩散炉工作原理者优先。
2.有对接半导体设备厂家或芯片制造企业（逻辑/存储/功率半导体领域）经验的，了解6/8/12寸晶圆制程，了解炉管部件的优先考虑。
3.参与过碳化硅陶瓷套件、工艺舟/管等产品的应用测试、问题排查或技术优化项目者优先。
