岗位职责：
1、根据公司相关操作流程、标准和要求，对原辅材料进行检验、分析；对公司生产的成品、半成品进行理化、微生物的检测；对仪器设备的使用及日常维护和保养，及时报告突发事件及异常情况；
2、负责对检验结果的记录，检测报告的整理及存档管理等工作
3、对检验中发现的质量问题及时进行信息、数据的分析，并及时向上级汇报；
4、实验室技术资料的编制、修订，试验方法的开发；
5、通过试验分析，为公司提供数据支持。
6、分担区现场卫生清扫及保持，及时处理检验产生废弃物。
7、完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、具有食品、化学、生物等相关专业，从事食品化验室工作半年以上，饮料类（尤其奶制品）佳；
2、从事食品原料的质量检查验收或生产质量控制的工作岗位半年以上佳；
3、在食品公司质量部门工作过、综合素质较好的其余人员。
4、有质量意识：对检验数据敏感，对实验结果认真负责，坚持质量*。
5、有统计分析能力：能对实验结果进行规范化的统计分析，反映出问题的症结所在，从而对工作进行修正改善；
6、有压力承受能力：能适应该岗位的一切工作压力。
7、学习、沟通能力、综合能力：口头表达、书面报告、团队合作、逻辑推理能力优良。
