岗位职责：
1、参与公司的战略规划及年度经营计划，负责公司新零售渠道的战略规划和整体布局的制定与实施，包括传统电商和社交新零售两大版块；
2、完善并优化对新零售渠道开发及管理的各项制度与流程，提高效率，实现年度营销业绩目标；
3、负责公司产品在新零售渠道的宣传与推广，线上、线下活动方案的制定，活动效果评估与反馈；
4、全面实施新零售相关的销售预算，分解公司下达的销售目标和市场营销预算，并进行有效调整与控制，定期汇报工作；
5、全面负责新零售事业部的团队建设及管理，团队人员培养、考核和激励，规范工作流程，带领团队完成销售目标。
6、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子商务等相关专业优先；
2、2年以上传统电商+社交新零售运营管理经验；
3、有快速消费品，零售，广告等行业相关运营经验优先。
