任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,一年及以上工作经验。可接受优秀毕业生。
2、理解MES系统核心模块(生产调度、物料追溯、质量管理、设备管理)
具备制造业业务逻辑认知(如离散制造/流程工业的生产流程、BOM、工艺路线)。
3、逻辑清晰,能快速理解业务需求并转化为技术方案。
4、具备跨部门协作能力(与产线、客户、供应商高效沟通)。
5、责任心强,能应对产线紧急问题并推动解决。
