岗位职责：
1.参与公司核心业务系统的后端开发，使用Python构建高效、可扩展的业务应用服务；
2.负责RESTfulAPI的设计与实现，保证接口的稳定性、安全性和高性能；
3.完成前后端联调，理解并实现前端交互需求；
4.使用HTML/CSS/JavaScript等基础技术，能够独立完成简单的前端页面开发与维护；
5.参与数据库设计与优化，熟练使用MySQL、PostgreSQL等关系型数据库；
6.编写高质量、可维护的代码，参与代码评审，推动团队技术规范落地；
7.协助部署与运维，熟悉Docker、Nginx等常用工具，具备基本的DevOps能力；
8.持续关注技术发展，推动团队技术升级与效率提升。
任职要求：
1.学历要求：大专及以上学历；
2.工作经验：具有前端基础，2年以上Python后端开发经验，有实际项目落地经验；
3.技术能力：
o熟练掌握Python语言，熟悉常用框架（如Django、Flask或FastAPI）；
o熟悉Web开发流程，掌握RESTfulAPI设计规范；
o熟悉数据库设计与优化，有MySQL/PostgreSQL使用经验；
o了解前端基础技术：HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+），能使用Vue.js或React开发简单页面；
o了解前端构建工具（如Webpack、Vite）者优先；
o熟悉Git版本控制，具备良好的代码规范意识；
4.加分项：
o有微服务架构或高并发系统开发经验；
o熟悉Docker、Nginx、Redis、消息队列（如RabbitMQ/Kafka）等中间件；
o有独立负责模块或项目的经验；
