岗位职责：

1.针对客户所处的行业，指定产品组合设计方案，并撰写该行业的产品应用组合方案；

2.参与客户应用方案设计及选型，推动我司选型产品在客户端的试样和认证；

3.分析客户行业的技术进展对当前产品的需求及质量提升的要求，协助公司做好产品战略规划。

4.了解所负责客户对产品的技术及质量要求，并传递到公司品质及技术部门；

确认运营体系的落实方案；

5.负责开展竞争对手客户端产品应用分析和竞争对手新产品信息收集整理；

6.负责客户小样、小批量、批量供货的技术支持，及时收集生产过程中及客户使用过程中的相关测试数据，及时跟踪改进。

7、负责对销售团队进行产品技术培训，提升区域销售团队对产品认识技能和素养。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，电子类、应用物理类相关专业，2年以上相关工作经验；

2、熟悉半导体分立器件行业制造工艺，熟悉ISO或TS16949质量体系的知识；

3、精通网通、电源、MOS产品应用方案及产品选型；

4、良好的英语阅读能力。
