1、依据岗位作业指导书，按照项目组安排和计划管理模块下达的《派工单》，实施单个结构件的组对、铆接，确保生产计划的达成；
2、根据图纸、工艺及质量文件，对照工件、工艺文件和工装，实施单个结构件的组对、铆接，确保产品质量。正确填写焊接生产和自检记录；
3、根据公司HSE管理要求和5S管理制度，实施属地的“人、机、料、法、环”的管理，维护整洁、安全、有序的工作现场，提升产品品质，降低成本损耗。
任职要求：
1、中专及以上学历，机械制造、焊接、铆焊等相关专业优先；
2、一年以上工作经验，能熟练掌握手工电弧焊、二氧化碳气体保护焊；
3、能够识别和把握整体图纸要求，识图制作能力符合要求；
4、具备焊工证。
