岗位职责：
1. 负责公司核心Java后端系统的设计、开发与维护，确保系统的高可用性和高性能。
2. 参与技术架构选型与优化，提升系统扩展性与稳定性。
3. 设计并优化系统性能，解决系统瓶颈，主导关键技术难题的攻关。
4. 与产品、前端、测试团队紧密协作，参与需求分析与技术方案评审。
5. 具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，能快速定位并修复线上故障。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java后端开发经验；
2、有大型互联网公司技术团队工作经验者优先；
3、精通Java语言，熟悉JVM原理与性能调优，掌握多线程与高并发编程；
4、深入理解Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud等框架，有实际项目落地经验；
5、熟悉微服务架构设计，如服务拆分、注册发现、网关、熔断限流等；
6、掌握常用中间件：Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka、Elasticsearch、MySQL等；
7、熟悉Linux环境与常用命令，了解Docker/Kubernetes容器化技术；
8、具备良好的代码风格与编程习惯。
工作地点：苏州或base杭州远程办公。
