3. 深入理解主流框架、中间件的原理、对技术发展有前瞻性判断；
4. 在技术领域方面必须有一项非常擅长，如分布式系统设计、业务建模、中间件、流程引擎等，能主导技术平台的整体规划及设计；
5.具备良好的业务建模能力，能够结合业务场景抽象业务模型，主导多域的模型设计、技术架构。
