主要职责
1、参与海得邦供应链服务平台（TMS\WMS\CDS\ERP）的需求分析和功能设计，指导设计、实现及部署工作；
2、配合产品经理或架构师或研发负责人进行技术调研、技术决策，进行技术风险评估，参与产品架构的设计；
3、设计开发核心功能模块，确保其性能和可靠性；
4、协助、指导软件工程师解决关键问题；
5、维护现有互联网产品，快速定位并修复现有产品缺陷。
6、对开源项目有一定的了解和经验；
7、有物流、供应链系统研发经验优先。

专业能力要求
1、扎实的编程能力，熟悉软件架构、java设计模式，理解RPC原理，熟悉开源框架（Spring、myBatis、SpringBoot、SpringCloud ，Spring Cloud Alibaba、Nacos、Sentinel 、Netty等），有优秀的设计和代码学习能力；
2、熟悉高并发、高可用、高性能的分布式系统的设计与开发，对服务器性能优化有深刻了解；
3、掌握 MySQL 应用开发、数据库原理和常用性能优化和扩展技术，以及NoSQL、Redis、MongoDB、Queue 的原理、并有实际应用经验；
4、具备丰富的编码和Code Review经验及良好的编码习惯：结构清晰、命名规范、逻辑性强、代码冗余率低；
5、具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神，勇于承担压力。
工作经验要求：
1、 5年及以上JAVA研发工作经验;
2、有互联网行业/物流/供应链行业工作经验。
