1. 负责充电桩屏、APP、小程序、运营后台的UI/UX全链路设计，输出视觉、交互、动效方案。
2. 搭建并维护充电桩产品设计规范、组件库，统一视觉语言，提升设计效率与一致性。
3. 研究充电场景、用户行为与故障流程，优化操作路径，提升易用性与安全性。
4. 对接产品、前端、硬件团队，输出标注与切图，跟进开发落地，保障设计还原度。
5. 参与用户测试与数据复盘，持续迭代界面，提升满意度、转化率与操作效率。
6. 跟踪行业趋势与竞品，输出创新设计方案，支撑产品差异化与品牌升级。
7. 提升团队专业能力，完善设计流程与协作机制。
8.完成上级交办的其他相关事项。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上，设计类相关专业，5年以上UI/UX设计经验，有充电桩/新能源IoT项目优先。
2. 精通Figma/Sketch/PS/AI等工具，能独立完成从需求到上线的全流程设计。
3. 扎实的视觉、交互、动效能力，懂多端适配规范，有成熟上线作品集。
4. 熟悉充电业务逻辑、人机交互、故障提示与安全合规，能做场景化体验设计。
5. 具备用户研究、数据分析与复盘能力，能用数据驱动体验优化。
6. 优秀的跨部门沟通与项目推动能力，能平衡体验、业务与技术可行性。
7. 有新能源、车机、IoT硬件屏显设计经验者优先。
