岗位职责 Responsibility:
1.负责外部检测客户需求及内部各部门的沟通对接工作，了解客户要求，并精准传达到检测实验室；
Be responsible fthe communication coordination of external testing customer demands internal departments, understcustomer requirements, accurately convey them to the testing laboratory.
2.负责认证项目的开案、结案及统计工作，把控项目的整个生命周期，协助实验室工程师推进项目结案；
Be responsible fthe project initiation, conclusion statistics of certification projects, control the entire life cycle of the projects, assist laboratory engineers in advancing project conclusion.
3.负责认证项目测试报告参数的登记，复查，确保认证报告初稿精确无误；
Be responsible fthe registration review of parameters in the test report of the certification project to ensure the accuracy of the initial draft of the certification report.
4.定期统计项目数量及项目进展，协同销售人员发现问题并寻求解决方案；
Regularly count the number of projects their progress, collaborate with sales personnel to identify problems seek solutions.
5. 协助项目经理完成部门内部分配的临时性工作；
Assist the project manager in completing temporary tasks assigned within the department;


任职资格 Requirements
1. 大学本科及以上学历，理工科专业（自动化、微波、通信工程、电子、计算机等专业）;
Bachelors degree above, majoring in science engineering (automation, microwave, communication engineering, electronics, computer science, etc.);
2. 良好的文字处理能力，熟练使用办公软件（WORD/EXCEL等）者优先；
Good WORD processing skills are required. Proficiency in using office software (such as WORD/EXCEL) is preferred.
3. 做事认真严谨，有较强的应变能力及较好的团队合作精神；
Serious meticulous in work, have strong adaptability a good team spirit.
4. 性格外向，有较强的沟通能力、思维敏捷，表达能力强，具有客户服务意识、质量意识及责任心；
Outgoing personality，good communication skills,quick-witted, strong in expression.as well as a strong sense of customer service, quality responsibility.
5. 英文口语较好，有PMP管理证书。
Fluent in spoken English,a PMP management certification is preferred.
