岗位职责：
1. Ensure the establishment, implementation, maintenance improvement of the company quality management system; the Quality Manual review regularly, Review approval of Laboratory operation procedures. 建立、实施、维护和改进公司的质量管理体系，编制质量手册并定期评审，审批实验室运作程序，全员的体系培训。
2. Dentify of deviations from the management system from the procedures fperforming laboratory activities initiation of actions to prevent minimize such deviations. 识别与管理体系或实验室活动程序的偏离, 采取措施以预防或减少这类偏离。
3. Reporting to laboratory management on the performance of the management system any need fimprovement. 向实验室管理层报告管理体系运行状况和改进需求。
4.ganize supervise the work of creation, revision distribution of lab operation procedures review regularly. 组织和监督实验室运作程序的创建、修订和分发，并定期评审。
5. Plan the internal audit, ensure that internal audits are scheduled performed accordingly. 制定内审计划，确保内审按照已制定的计划执行。
6. Assist Top Management to conduct management review. 协助管理者开展管理评审。
7. Ensure that all CAR’s are completed in a timely manner following a problem-solving approach. 确保全部纠正措施及时完成，并对整改结果进行跟踪。
8. Lead the external accreditation activities with support of all department managers, keep the communication with accreditation certification body supervision administrations. Ensure accreditations certifications are maintained. 在全体部门经理的配合下主持外部认可活动，保持与认可、认证和监管机构的沟通。确保认可项目和认可证书的维护。
9. Ensure the compliance with this quality manual, Eurofins Key Group Documents related regulation accreditation rules. 确保遵守质量手册、欧陆集团手册和相关法规和认可准则的要求。
10. Assistance to Department managers fa continuous process improvement. 协助部门经理进行持续的过程改进。
11. Lead the investigation work of customer complaint. 主持客户投诉的调查工作。
12. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.完成领导交办的其它工作。

任职资格：
1.Bachldegree above 本科及以上学历;
2.Basic knowledge in quality assurance statistics 具备基本的质量保证和统计学知识;
3.Familiar with quality management system. 熟悉质量管理体系;
4.Familiar with laboratory certification operation process. 熟悉实验室和认证运作流程;
3.Proficiency in the use of office software 熟练使用办公软件;
4. Good communication skills 良好的沟通技能;
5. Good English better inal English 英语较好，尤其口语沟通。
