岗位职责：
1、参与业务及基础服务相关系统设计的迭代、开发;
2、编写代码实现产品功能，完成日常迭代、独立项目开发，撰写相关文档，参与需求分析;

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，2年以上Java开发工作经验，具备扎实的后端开发能力；
2、熟悉pulsar、S3、ES、HBase等核心技术，扎实的Java基础，掌握数据库、缓存、消息队列、索引等技术；
3、掌握Spring Boot、mybatis等主流开源框架及其源码；
4、掌握分布式架构，熟悉主流的微服务框架，如Spring Cloud、Dubbo、Zookeeper等，并精通其原理；
5、掌握linux常用命令，网络协议，jvm、tomcat、nginx等调优；
6、具备较强的推进能力和责任心，优秀的沟通能力和团队精神，热爱技术工作；
7、撰写熟练使用AI工具辅助编程。
