2. 搭建SSD专用测试环境（如PCIe/NVMe协议测试平台），企业级 SSD 服务器场景搭建(raid 卡配置等）。
3. 制定标准化测试流程文档（SOP），培训测试助理执行规范化操作，持续优化测试准确率和执行效率。
4. 联动固件开发、硬件设计及客户支持团队，推动测试问题闭环，完成客户反馈问题的复现与解决方案验证。
5. 独立到客户现场完成大客户导入测试, 包括测试环境架设，测试执行，结果整理等。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、自动化等相关专业，3年以上SSD/存储产品测试经验，具备企业级或工业级SSD项目背景者优先。
2. 精通SSD工作原理，熟悉NFlash特性、FTL算法及PCIe/NVMe协议。
3. 熟练使用Linux/Windows测试环境，具备自动化脚本开发及测试工具二次开发能力（如使用FIO、IOMeter、VDbench等）。
4. 具备黑盒测试框架搭建经验，熟悉 redmine & JIRA 等缺陷管理系统。
5. 抗压能力强，有团队精神。
