岗位职责
1.参与金融行业系统的设计、开发和维护，确保系统的高性能和高可用性
2.使用 Spring Cloud 框架开发和优化微服务架构

4.编写高质量、可维护的代码，并进行代码审查

6.负责用户服务、网关服务等核心微服务模块的迭代开发
7.负责与第三方渠道（短信服务商、支付渠道、风控系统等）的对接与集成
8.参与线上问题排查与故障处理

任职要求
1.计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年以上 Java 开发经验
2.熟悉 Spring Cloud 框架，至少掌握 Eureka、Feign、Kafka、Redis 等常用组件的使用
3.熟练使用 MySQL等数据库，并具备一定的数据库设计和优化能力
4.熟练使用 Java 新特性，能够编写较复杂的业务逻辑代码，熟练使用常见设计模式，对封装、多态、模板等面向对象思想有深入理解
5.熟悉 Git 进行代码管理和多人协作；能够熟练使用 Linux 进行开发部署及日志分析
6.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力
7.具有较强的自我学习能力，能够主动学习和掌握新技术
8.深入理解 JVM 原理、多线程与并发编程，熟悉常见并发问题（如缓存一致性、线程安全、对象引用泄露等）
9.具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能独立排查线上问题
