任职要求
1.8年及以上质量管理从业经验，其中3年及以上设备监造经验；
2.拥有机械加工、电气及控制、焊接、压力容器等设备监造经验；
3.优先具备良好的质量管理的基础知识，了解质量标准和质量控制方法；
4.掌握统计学基本理论和方法，能够熟练进行数据分析和处理；
5.熟悉常用的质量工具（8D、SPC、DFMEA、QC七大工具等）；
6.熟悉各种质量检测方法和技术，如外观检测、尺寸测量、材料分析、功能测试、可靠性测试等；
7.有良好的沟通协调能力；
8.有良好的问题分析判断与处理能力；
9.有较强的心理素质和较强的应急处置应变能力；
