岗位职责：
1、负责公司金融业务的实时特征服务建设和实时特征开发，提供实时特征解决方案；
2、负责对模型相关的信贷数据进行管理和分析；包括数据清洗、数据挖掘、特征工程等，并对数据挖掘结果进行评估和校验；
3、处理并发场景下的实时特征计算效率问题，并负责工程落地部署应用、维护、监控和升级迭代；
4、根据规则配置决策引擎，灵活响应业务的调整需求
5、配合策略推进风控场景实际防控，实现风险数据标准化沉淀

要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上大数据开发经验或特征工程经验；
2、熟练掌握Flink、Spark、Kafka等大数据相关技术，熟练掌握Python/Java；
3、具备良好的表达能力、责任心、逻辑思维和主动学习能力；
4、对特征工程有深刻理解、有高并发场景下的特征服务经验、有特征计算性能优化实践经验、实时特征架构经验者优先；
5、有机器学习经验，互金行业经验者优先。
