4. 精通多线程技术，能够处理高并发或者异步模型
5.熟练掌握JAVA高级特性，例如反射、高并发，事务等
6. 熟练springboot、mybatis、maven等主流开源框架，理解其设计思路，并有一定的个人见解；
7.精通SQL程序设计和优化，熟悉索引、视图、存储过程等概念和开发，掌握MySQL, SQL SERVER,Oracle数据库使用；
8.熟练掌握一种以上NOSQL数据库，并能够设计对应的业务模
型
9.精通nginx，redis集群配置，掌握memcache, ehcache缓
