岗位职责:
1. 客户技术支持：直接与关键客户合作，提供现场技术支持，解答技术问题，指导产品正确使用;
2. 产品导入支持：协助产品在客户端的顺利导入，解决应用问题，完成客户设计;
3. 方案设计与调试：配合销售在客户端演示Demo，引导客户设计理念，完成产品导入；负责音频相关产品的应用方案实现与调试。
4. 故障分析与解决：进行产品故障诊断和分析，提出有效解决方案;
5. 需求收集与反馈：定期访问客户，了解需求，收集反馈以优化产品和服务;
6. 技术培训：组织对客户、代理进行产品培训，配合市场信息收集与分析;
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，声学、电子工程、信号处理、微电子、自动化等相关专业;
2. 技术能力：
• 熟悉电声原理、声学特性，掌握声腔设计原理
• 熟悉数字信号处理模块原理及调试手段
• 熟悉模拟/数字电路设计，具备良好的电路分析能力
• 熟练使用EDA工具（如Cadence、Altium Designer等）
• 熟练运用AP、Acqua等音频测试设备
3. 工作经验：2-3年以上开发或技术支持经验，有音频硬件、消费电子领域经验者优先;
4. 能力素质：出色的快速学习能力、沟通能力、团队合作精神，能承受工作压力，适应出差;
5. 语言要求：英语读写能力良好，能阅读理解英文技术资料。
