2.核心技术能力：
熟悉服务器和GPU架构，深入理解 CPU、GPU、内存、高速 IO 子系统。
熟悉当前主流大模型规格，国产CPU/GPU市场格局。
熟练使用 Cadence、OrCAD 等 EDA 工具进行原理图设计与 Layout 核查，熟悉 BMC 管理（IPMI/RedFish）及服务器生产测试流程。
可以独立进行单板调试，可熟练使用示波器进行高低速信号测试及整改。
3. 软技能：具备跨团队协作能力，能高效对接客户和研发团队；拥有单独和客户交流的能力，适应项目紧急响应需求及出差。
