1. 负责医药行业财务相关项目的需求分析，与客户进行需求、方案的交流沟通；
2. 理解客户需求本质、识别业务痛点，制定合理的解决方案及需求分解，并输出对应项目文档，同客户相关人员进行业务需求的梳理、方案讲解等
3、协助项目经理、技术团队推进项目整体需求落地，项目风险的把控，参与内外部的相关会议。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验，有财务相关BA项目经验，关于损益分析, 销售收入，预算，成本，销售预测，价格预测等。

2、熟悉 FP&A 的财务项目优先。
3. 熟悉BA工作流程，具备良好的需求分析能力、数据分析能力、业务理解能力、项目管理能力，良好的需求洞察与客户引导能力；
4、具有良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通和表达能力、团队协作精神，具有责任心，能承担一定压力；
5、具备英语读写能力，英语口语流利优先，熟练掌握office使用，能够独立使用PPT、VISIO、Axure等工具完成原型的设计。
