1. 解决方案 / 生产型业务核算体系设计
• 梳理解决方案类/生产类业务的商业模式与价值链；
• 设计适配的核算对象、成本归集口径、收入与成本确认规则；
• 明确项目维度下的毛利、贡献毛利、项目损益等核心指标定义。
2. 核算流程重构与规则落地
• 打通合同、订单、项目、交付、结算与财务核算之间的流程衔接；
• 成本与存货核算重构，优化存货计价、在制品核算、完工结转规则；
• 推动核算规则从“事后记账”向“过程可控、结果可解释”转型；
• 参与并主导解决方案核算相关制度、指引与标准文档的制定。
3. 系统与数字化支持
• 深度参与核算相关系统（ERP / 项目系统 / 管理报表系统）规则设计；
• 将核算逻辑转化为系统规则，减少人工判断与事后调整；
• 配合IT团队推进核算流程自动化、标准化。
4. 经营分析与管理支持
• 基于核算结果，为业务和管理层提供项目盈利能力分析；
• 支撑预算、滚动预测、项目复盘、绩效评价等管理场景；
• 对异常项目、亏损项目提出专业判断与改进建议。
任职要求：
1. 专业背景
财务、会计、成本管理、工业工程等相关专业；
3年以上相关经验。
2. 能力要求
熟悉项目型业务/生产制造企业的成本结构与核算逻辑；
能将业务流程转化为清晰、可执行的核算规则；
对成本、存货、毛利等指标具备高度敏感度。
3. 加分项
参与过成本体系优化、ERP实施或升级项目；
熟悉精益生产、标准成本或作业成本法；
有CPA / CMA / 管理会计相关认证。
