工作职责：

2、负责Java相关的高级/资深开发工作，确保代码质量和系统稳定性；

4、与团队合作，快速定位并解决开发过程中的技术问题，性能调优，提升系统稳定性和用户体验。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，5年以上开发经验，有餐饮中台系统(订单、营销、卡券、菜单等)实际开发经验者优先。
2、精通Java和Go语言，Java基础扎实，有良好的编码规范，熟练掌握SpringBoot/SpringCloud/GoFrame等主流框架
3、熟练使用Mysql/Reids/Kafka/ElasticSearch等技术栈，熟悉分布式、微服务系统架构，了解主流云产品（如：阿里云）
4、有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用系统架构、设计、开发和调优经验。
5、熟悉常见的系统降级、限流技术，熟悉主流日志分析平台，如：ELK
6、有较强的自驱力，对技术有热情，学习能力强，适应能力好，沟通能力强，有一定的抗压能力。
