4.精通常用第三方软件和java技术栈常用库，如netty，zookeeper，redis，mysql，guava，elk,分库分表技术等
5.良好的沟通能力、学习和领悟能力，工作态度严谨认真，责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神；
6.具备良好的代码风格和编程习惯，注重代码质量和性能
